RECYCLED SILK from nepal

100% silk yarn handspun from recycled fibers (remnants, dyelot ends, etc). Wonderful color variety!
Colors are spun together completely randomly, no two hanks are exactly alike.
Bulky weight knits up great on size US 10 or larger needles.

Size 10 US needle: 3 sts per inch
100 gram hanks, approx 80 yds -- $12 per skein

Fisherman Rib Scarf
This stitch makes a deep thick stretchy rib.
Using large needles makes it lacy and quick to knit.
Designed by Jill Vosburg of Just One More Row.

Materials: 1 skein Recycled Silk yarn
Needles: Size 15 US
Cast on 16 sts.

Row 1: (P1, k1) to end of row. (Do not repeat this row.)
Row 2: (P1, k into st below*) repeat across, ending p2.
Repeat only row 2 until just a few yards of yarn remain.
Final row: (P1, k1) to end of row. Bind off loosely.

*How to Knit into the Stitch Below: Insert your needle into st below next st. Knit it, and slip the stitch "above" off the needle.
