This cotton is processed, spun and twisted in such a way as to give the appearance, loft and resilience of high-grade merino wool but in a cool fiber suited to warm climates. it also serves extremely well in garments designed for wool-allergic consumers. The small degree of controlled stretch makes sweaters from this yarn especially comfortable to wear.
Knitting is a breeze. Tension should be set looser than usual to allow for some shrinkage of the elastomeric component during steaming. Also works up beautifully knit double on a bulky.
