HARRISVILLE YARNS

The company recommends their Knitting Yarns Highland Style skeins because, unlike the yarn on cones, they are washed.  The majority of knitting yarns are spun first and then skein dyed.  During the dyeing process, they achieve a degree of fulling or fluffing up that the dyed-in-the-wool yarns on cones do not have.  Harrisville skeins their Knitting Yarns Highland Style yarns and then washes them to give them that special, softer knitting finish.

Orders to be placed with Harrisville must total $100 or a $10 surcharge will be added by Harrisville.
