Carnival is a fanciful flat nylon tape with little flags of rayon running down each edge. The double dye process consists of dyeing the nylon layer first in several colors, while the rayon stays white. The rayon is then dyed in different colors, layering color over color. Carnival knits into lightweight garments with good shape retention, and is great to use as one element in a rotation of three
